Welcome, Friends! My name is Edna Valentino and this website is dedicated to all you fitness fanatics as well as the "not-so-fitness" fanatics who struggle to exercise and eat right every day.

I love everything about health and fitness and what's so exciting is that we can all be healthy because there is something out there for everyone. There is a whole world full of ideas and it doesn't have to be in a formal setting. Just move!  Your body deserves it.  Your family deserves it. But most of all you deserve it. This is your life. Make it count.

Fitness is about feeling so good about yourself that you spread that goodness to everything else you do in this world. Your relationships improve when you are fit. You glow when you are fit. You smile more and attract more attention when you are fit. Let yourself shine! Don't hide behind that extra weight, or that high blood pressure or cholesterol, or that fear of working out. Let's be responsible for our own lives and be the best that we can be.
